Reverend Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad chat to Ruby Wax about her new book. In 'And Now For The Good News', Ruby investigates how recent and new developments in technology, education, business, health, food and social change are turning our world into a better place. She tells Kate and Jason about how she’s spent the last three years researching, meeting with and speaking to the people who are spearheading the latest innovation and shares learnings from the likes of communities being designed to eradicate loneliness and AI technology teaching taking literacy levels higher than ever before. Ruby also tells Kate and Jason about how we can all equip ourselves with a positive approach for a brighter world and better wellbeing.

Ruby is a successful comedian, TV writer and performer who has a Master's degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, and an OBE for services to mental health. She's the author of 'Sane New World' and 'A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled', and has toured all over the world with the accompanying one-woman shows. Both books have reached the number one spot on The Sunday Times bestsellers list. 'And Now For The Good News' was published in 2021.
