The Welsh government will impose restrictions on businesses, including social distancing in shops and workplaces, from 27 December. The First Minister has also called for people to have a smaller Christmas and avoid meeting wider circles of friends. Do you welcome these new restrictions and guidance? Do you think they go far enough? Will you be changing your plans? And after 10, this year's Strictly is the most diverse yet, with it's first deaf contestant and the first same sex couple in the final. Have you been watching? Who do you want to win this weekend? Is this the best series in it's history? Get in touch by calling 03700 100 110. Text 8 10 12. Tweet @bbcradiowales.
