Anna Hill hears why a Brazilian tribal chief has warned that Welsh soya imports could be responsible for 'not only deforestation, but indigenous blood'.

A Brazilian tribal chief has warned that Welsh soya imports could be responsible for "not only deforestation, but indigenous blood". Research by environment charities suggests an area 40% the size of Wales is needed to grow a handful of key agricultural commodities like soy, palm-oil and beef to satisfy Welsh import demands.

Our week long focus on cultivation continues with a visit to a farm which transition to no-till 20 year ago.
