Kirsty is left with an impossible choice and Tom and Natasha have expansion on their mind.

Tom makes the most of Natasha’s help with the veg boxes. He thinks it’s time to bring Summer Orchard to Bridge Farm. It would save her a lot of long drives in the dark, and they’d see more of each other. Natasha’s keen to wait until things are less frantic. She’ll do it at her own pace. She doesn’t want the business becoming just another Bridge Farm offshoot. Natasha’s disconcerted to discover that Pat thinks the move is a done deal. It seems like Bridge Farm has already decided that Summer Orchard will be operating out of the packhouse and the farm office. This doesn’t fit with her plans at all. She wishes Tom would stop telling his family everything and letting them interfere!
Philip’s delighted that Kirsty has decided to phone him in prison. But Kirsty doesn’t want a cosy chat. She reveals that she’s seen Blake, and Philip guesses that he might be giving evidence to the police. He’s pleased to hear that Blake seems to still believe in him, and claims that he did the best he could for all the lads. Kirsty’s intention was to persuade him to reject Blake’s request for a visit, but Philip is keen on the idea. She fears she’s made things worse. Philip makes her an offer. He’ll turn down Blake’s request – if she’ll come to see him instead.
