How much food do you waste? Do you make an effort to reduce food waste by meal planning? And at 10, can you knit and why do you love it? Tell us why knitting is not just for nanas!

Why do we waste so much food and how do we stop it? Over two million tonnes of good-to-eat food is thrown away across the UK each year, and today the charity FareShare is launching a campaign to raise awareness around the importance of avoiding food going to waste. So why do we do it? Is it greed and over buying, is it super markets plying us with those multi buy offers, is it a generational thing – we used to say waste not, want not didn’t we? Do you make an effort, maybe by using a shopping list or meal planning?

And after 10, Team GB diver Tom Daley has been showing off his knitting and crocheting skills again, this time with a knitted cosy for his gold medal. His β€˜made with love’ Instagram has attracted 100-thousand followers since he started it in lockdown. So can you knit and why do you love it? Who taught you?
