Oxfordshire county council has begun a crackdown on smoking outside, including beer gardens, pavement cafes and outside offices. It wants to be the first region in England to go 'smoke-free' by 2025. The Welsh Government have told us it wants to extend smoking bans to outdoor areas of cafes and restaurants and in city and town centres. So would you welcome that?
