Why Park Run's have been delayed, plus how do we ease the burden on unpaid carers who manage the bills of frail and elderly relatives?

Around 6.5 million people in the UK are unpaid carers and it's a growing number. New research from the charity Carers UK, has found that unpaid carers are finding it difficult to help manage services such as telephone, banking and financial assistance on behalf of the person they look after. The charity is calling for a new blueprint for businesses and other organisations to follow to help with the frustrations carers encounter and it's also encouraging families to consider putting a power of attorney in place for when it is needed. We hear carer about the difficulties she faced caring for her parents and managing their affairs without Power of Attorney. We also speak to Helen Walker, Chief Executive of Carers UK.

The easing of lockdown restrictions in most parts of the UK this week has given us all a bit more hope that life is returning to normal. But if you're a keen runner and desperate for Park Run to get going again soon, you might have a long wait. In England, most landowners and local authorities still haven't given permission for these free 5km runs to come back. We hear from disappointed runners and also speak to Tom Williams, Park Run's Chief Operating about why the return of nearly 600 events may be delayed indefinitely.

As museums, galleries and other visitor attractions start re-opening this week, we look at the challenges they are facing in making their exhibitions Covid safe. Our reporter, Melanie Abbott, has the latest.
