Fans of the TV series Narco, will be familiar with the story of the story of Colombian drug baron Pablo Escobar. But before Escobar was eventually killed by the Colombian National Police in 1993, a group of British mercenaries was contracted by the rival Cali cartel to assassinate him at his luxurious hideaway deep in the Colombian jungle. Central to that operation was a Glaswegian hard man and former SAS soldier, Peter McAleese. McAleese's story has been told in a feature length documentary on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Scotland.
