Richie Anderson is back with more Girl Band and Boy Band goodness in this one-off show! He will be celebrating life after the band and hear how our Radio 2 listeners coped with the breaks-ups and continued to support the members in their individual merits, as well as hearing from the stars at the centre of it all. Richie talks to a Harry Styles mega fan as well as a Victoria Beckham enthusiast too.

Richie talks to Mathew Knowles, Beyonce's Dad and Destiny's Child manager. He launched Beyonce's, Kelly Rowland's and Michelle Williams' solo careers and is a musicologist so he knows a thing or two about being a successful pop group and solo artist! Plus he's worked with legends such as Chaka Khan, O鈥橨ays, Earth, Wind & Fire and many others.

Mis-Teeq graduate Alesha Dixon phones in to talk about how the band parted ways, whether they would ever get back together as well as giving us an update on her new music. Alesha had a successful solo career with hits such as 'Breathe Slow' and 'The Boy Does Nothing'. She's also a judge on Britain's Got Talent and most recently was one of the hosts for Comic Relief 2021.

All Saints favourite Shaznay Lewis talks to Richie about winning BRIT Awards with the band as well reflecting on her debut solo single 'Never Felt Like This Before.'
