Cerys chats to boundary-crossing, multi-Grammy-nominated sitar player and composer Anoushka Shankar.

2020 marked the centenary year of her father Ravi Shankar’s birth, which she celebrated with a special performance at the Royal Albert Hall for the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Prom season. She performed with Gold Panda, percussionist Manu Delago and the Britten Sinfonia strings, conducted by Jules Buckley. Anoushka's latest album Love Letters was released earlier this year and she recently announced as one of the artists collaborating on the official Radio 2 single for Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Children in Need.

Plus London Jazz Festival curator Pelin Opcin discusses moving and adapting this year's festival for online and Pat Metheny's bass player Linda Oh calls in ahead of her solo project performance which is being streamed for audiences.
