Joe Wicks is revealed by Zoe to be the brave challenger to attempt to work out for an incredible 24 hours for Radio 2鈥檚 麻豆约拍 Children in Need Challenge 2020. The Joe Wicks 24 Hour PE Challenge will see Joe start his work-out at 9.25am on Thursday 12 November, endeavouring to finish a day later at 9.25am on Friday 13 November. Joe will be doing a range of activities from cycling to yoga, boxing to rowing... and of course his signature HIIT workouts. He鈥檒l also be joined via Zoom by a host of celebrity guests - including Radio 2 presenters - throughout the 24 hours to give him loads of encouragement in his challenge to help raise funds for 麻豆约拍 Children in Need.

Michaela Strachan chats to Zoe about the new series of Autumnwatch coming soon to the 麻豆约拍. Michaela will be based at Tentsmuir Forest in Fife where she will be covering, among other things, a live camera set-up on the Isle of May as the grey seals haul out for pupping. She has been presenting since 1986 on a variety of programmes from The Wide Awake Club to The Hitman And Her, The Really Wild Show to Michaela鈥檚 Wild Challenge, Elephant Diaries to Countryfile to Springwatch and many many more.
