This week, the panellists discuss which foods they would hide away in the event of an invasion, offer advice on the best uses for leftover egg yolks and reveal everything you need to know about tapioca.

They also offer citrus alternatives to oranges and lemons, and come up with recipe ideas for delicious dipping sauces.

Don Quinn, founder of the Colchester Food and Drink Festival, talks about Colchester pudding and the Romans' love of oysters.
