It is the fish course and the chefs are all out to impress. The heat is increased as all three serve their unique takes on lobster. Ross is hoping to snatch victory with his dish Lobster Aid. Lorna's Live Well, Live Very Well features only three elements - each of which she needs to deliver perfection. Ben has yet again set himself a mammoth task with his dish, The Multicultural Lobster, which features an unconventional array of international ingredients. Ross also visits a family member who works for the NHS to learn more about her work.
