With Matt Redman and Charlotte Hawkins

Journalist and TV presenter Charlotte Hawkins on why she raises awareness of Motor Neurone Disease and Matt Redman, one of the biggest names in Christian worship music drops in.

Journalist and Good Morning Britain TV presenter Charlotte Hawkins tells Rev Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad about why she raises awareness about Motor Neurone Disease. The Strictly star lost her father, Frank, who was a Vicar, to the disease. Ahead of a global awareness day Charlotte talks about her work as patron of the Motor Neurone Disease Association and her life and career.

Matt Redman, one of the biggest names in Christian worship music comes into GMS fresh from his appearance at the Big Church Day Out. British-born, Matt tells Jason and Kate about his traumatic upbringing and how he went from that, to selling out huge venues in the US, winning two Grammy Awards and penning one of the most popular worship anthems of recent years '10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord)'.

Plus Kate and Jason share their favourite UK 'happy places' after a week out and about in the Great British countryside, and we hear from you, about where you retreat too for a bit of rest, relaxation and soul food.
