Published in 1968, Claudia's book was a major landmark in the history of food writing and paved the way for all the TV chefs who followed.

Born in 1936 in Cairo, Claudia was a foreign food correspondent for the Daily Telegraph and the Sunday Times Magazine. Later, she hosted a Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ TV series, Claudia Roden's Mediterranean Cookery, and has won many awards and trophies.

Featuring cameos from Yotam Ottolenghi and Claudia's granddaughter, Nelly Wolman.
