Catriona MacPhee meets eight self-confessed internet addicts to find out how people use the internet and how long we can really survive in a disconnected world. Through monitoring their online usage and data, we reveal the surprising truths and habits that emerge from the information gleaned, while our tech expert Donald the Data delves into their online usage.

Our volunteers then face their greatest data challenge yet - the Dùbhlan an Dàta Temptation Box. How long can our volunteers last without their devices, while locked away in the Temptation Box? Who will win the challenge? The results will be revealed in this special hour-long programme, at our Dùbhlan an Dàta awards ceremony.
