Special programme based on unheard material from an interview recorded in 2012, where Neil Oliver talks with Seamus Heaney about his affection for the poetry of Robert Burns.
In August 2012, presenter Neil Oliver spoke with Seamus Heaney at his home in Dublin for a Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Northern Ireland television documentary, An Ode to Burns and Ulster.
In a newly extended version of that interview, using previously unheard material from their conversation, we learn about the late Nobel Laureate's long relationship with the work of Scotland's most famous poet, Robert Burns.
