It's a Wonderful Life is many people's absolute favourite Christmas film; and now it's going to be brought to life in theatres across Scotland this festive season. The tale is presented as a 1940s radio broadcast in front of a studio audience, with six actors playing radio actors who portray all the characters from the classic story. We'll hear from the team behind the play.
Muriel Spark was interviewed in her home in Italy by journalist Alan Taylor in 1990 and a firm friendship ensued. As Alan publishes Appointment in Abrezzo, an account of their relationship over the years, he joins Janice and author Zoe Strachan to look ahead to next year's celebrations of the centenary of Spark's birth.
