Flora whips up a batch of fresh fruit scones, while Sue Lawrence prepares a classic Selkirk Bannock, and Simon Preston meets Jennifer Hunter of Edinburgh bakery Pinnies and Poppy Seeds to sample her best-selling shortbread. Plus, Ghillie Basan talks to Liz Ashworth about her new book, "The Book of Bere: Orkney's Ancient Grain".
