Colum Arbuckle presents features and stories from life in the third age. His guests this week are Therese Kennedy and Nicci Wright. Therese is from the Glens of Antrim and once gave Anne Robinson a run for her money on The Weakest Link. Nicci is a dancer whose talent took her to the bright lights and professional stage of Bristol.
Colum also visits Strabane where generations are linking together to get a lesson or two in computer skills. The duo Voice and Verse explain how they are gathering the Songs Of The People in Limavady and perform Danny Boy in the studio. The Words Alive writers groups celebrates its latest anthology of writing by older people, and this week's archive comes from the summer of 1967, when Sgt. Pepper was born.
