Comedian and history enthusiast Susan Morrison crosses the centuries in our new Scottish History series. This week, Susan gets to grips with mud and its edibility in the search for a vanished royal dockyard from the times of James IV, she hears about how female slave owner Cecilia Douglas spent her ill-gotten gains, and talks Cumbernauld and all its glories with author and people's historian Dan Gray.
