Sybil Ruscoe talks farming careers to students at the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester. She hears their views on the role of agritech, Brexit and the attraction and benefits of getting farming experience overseas. Sybil's shown around by Dr Nicola Cannon, Principal Lecturer in Agronomy, who argues that whilst the workforce in UK agriculture is not only ageing but also decreasing, new entrants are needing to be increasingly tech-savvy.

With many UK farmers expressing concern about the availability of migrant workers in the UK, we also hear about the career paths of two EU workers at Norfolk Traditional Poultry. Gregory Migut from Poland and Theresa Simao from Portugal describe how they've worked their way up over the last decade to positions of responsibility in the company.

Presented by Sybil Ruscoe and produced by Mark Smalley.
