Fly-tipping on private land in the countryside is costing millions of pounds to clean up, the Country Land and Business Association wants action taken against offenders. The Scottish National Party is complaining that promises to devolve powers over agriculture and fisheries after Brexit are already being watered down. And the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester is helping future farming entrepreneurs research and test their products.
