Music 'til Midnight - the best in easy listening sounds and timeless standards performed by the greatest artists from the past 60 years. Including singers Nancy Wilson, Peggy Lee, Astrud Gilberto and Sarah Vaughan plus alto saxophone legends Bud Shank and Paul Desmond. This week's featured album is Barbra Streisand's acclaimed 2009 recording, Love Is The Answer. This album was a notable collaboration between Barbra, her producer and pianist Diana Krall and arranger Johnny Mandel. The album also features a collection of well-known standards that Barbra had never recorded during her long career. These include Smoke Gets In Your Eyes, The Gentle Rain, Some Other Time and Here's That Rainy Day.
