Billy Sloan plays the very best in pop and rock music from Scotland's greats as well as the rest of the world with regular features Spin The Globe and Early Morning Soul. In this weekend's Musical Chairs feature Billy highlights the career of Klaus Voorman - German artist, musician and record producer - He's designed artwork for many bands including the Beatles and performed as a session musician (most notably as a bassist) - associated with many artists including Manfred Mann, Badfinger, Plastic Ono Band, George Harrison, Harry Nilsson, Carly Simon, Lou Reed, James Taylor, Eric Clapton, Joe Walsh, Cat Stevens and Howlin Wolf. The Live and Dangerous tracks are from Paul Rodgers live album 'Live In Glasgow'. In Movie Moment the track is 'Living In America' by James Brown from the movie 'Rocky IV' and in Classic Songwriters, there's tracks from the pen of Neil Young.
