TV presenter Helen Skelton talks about fulfilling dreams, Rhys Davies from Mad Science answers childrens' questions, and the Mystery Voice reaches its ninth week.

Helen Skelton - erstwhile of Blue Peter, and recently returned as one of the presenting team on the Olympics coverage talks about fulfilling your dreams and reveals that she too gets nervous.
All this week, as it's half term, we're answering kids questions. Today - why do apples go brown when you peel them? And why are ladybirds red? Rhys Davies from Mad Science has volunteered to clear the mist.
The Mystery Voice is now in its 9th week. Nearly a record - it's never made it to 10 weeks. Thus far.
We also have The Grub Club ad a very quiet 'Celebrate'.
