Also, Cassia Kidron tells us about a new innovative project in Scotland where school aged children will be able to try foraging and cooking in a field-to-table experience on the Isle of Bute called Root Camp during the October school holidays. The intrepid Frankie Vaughan meets Emily Harvey from Forth Environment Link, the charity behind Stirling's first Food Assembly to hear how consumers are being put directly in touch with local food producers.
