Health and wellness consultant Iain Bell talks to Gillian Russell about how to keep motivated with our exercise and nutrition so that we're match fit for the winter ahead.
For people who suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder it can start to kick in about now so what exactly is it and how does it differ from the "winter blues"? Chris O'Sullivan from the Mental Health Foundation explains what the symptoms are and just how we can go about managing it.
