Anna is hopeful, and Josh gets an eyeful.
Josh walks in on a naked Toby preparing breakfast in Rickyard Cottage. Josh asks if he and Pip are an item but Toby says it's none of his business.
Ruth's annoyed to learn that Josh has sold his new laptop, which was a gift from her and David. Josh explains that as he's not going to university yet, he doesn't need it. Josh changes the subject by revealing that Pip and Toby are together and he thinks it's pretty serious.
Anna meets Pat and Helen at the family court and they go over the main points of the hearing. Helen is stoic, she's not going to let Rob bully her anymore. Anna hopes they'll get the judgement on Friday and is confident Rob has little chance of winning anyone over.
Rob's solicitor goes through the arguments for why Helen is not fit to look after her sons. As part of the hearing, Anna questions Pat about Helen, Henry and Rob. Then, Rob's solicitor asks Pat to talk through what happened when Tony was attacked by a bull and questions Helen on her mental health.
Pat and Helen reflect on what they said in the hearing. Helen worries that the damage is already done to Henry. Pat reminds her that Kaz said she has to be at her strongest now, for the boys. Helen will never forgive herself for what she's put Henry through. Ultimately, his heart is hers, she knows it is.
