Levi creates an entire Bank Holiday BBQ menu from ribs to hot 'n' fruity Caribbean coleslaw with mouth-watering fish parcels, herbelicious potato salad as well as a jerk chicken wings, for the show. And the great thing is you can make Levi's entire menu at home. All Levi's recipes are available on the Radio 2 website, so you can create your very own Bank Holiday BBQ Bonanza with minimum effort for maximum effect with a dash of the Levi Roots magic.
