This documentary tells the life story and year of one of Great Britain's most successful athletes as he hopes to make history and win two more gold medals at the 2016 Olympics in Brazil.

The film shows just how hard he pushes himself and what life is like in training camps in Ethiopia, Arizona and France as Mo leaves his young family behind for months at a time.

Mo openly discusses recent controversies surrounding his coach and what sacrifices he feels are necessary to succeed.

On a visit to Djibouti in Africa, where he grew up, he visits his twin brother, who he was separated from for many years when the family moved to the UK to live with Mo's father.

Usain Bolt, Lord Coe and Haile Gebrselassie share their thoughts on one of Britain's most successful athletes.
