Janice talks to writer Jonathan Coe about his new satirical novel Number 11 - a follow-up of sorts to his 1994 farce What A Carve Up!

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Scotland's own Theresa Talbot has written a book, Penance, a crime novel inspired by stories of Glasgow's Magdalene Institution.

And Janice hears about Red Thorn, a brand new comic book series from Vertigo/DC Comics, featuring a girl whose drawings come to life, and a demi-god hero. And it's set in Glasgow. Writer David Baillie explains why he wanted to bring Scotland to an international audience.
