Jonathan Sutherland presents live coverage of the biggest event in the Shinty calendar, the Camanachd Cup Final between Lovat and Kyles Athletic.
It's a historic day for Lovat as they appear in their first Camanachd Cup Final since their only triumph in the competition in 1953. Their opponents then were also Kyles Athletic, and the current side - featuring Scottish international Kevin Bartlett - are aiming to bring the trophy back to the village of Kiltarlity near Inverness for the first time in 62 years.
In contrast, Kyles Athletic are one of the most successful sides in shinty, with 21 Camanachd Cup triumphs to their name. The last came in a 6-5 thriller against Inveraray in Oban three years ago. Roddy MacDonald scored four goals in the 2012 final, and will be the target man again for the team from Tighnabruaich.
In 1953 it took a replay to decide the final, but the Camanachd Cup will be lifted today, even if it takes extra-time and penalties to decide the tie.
