Liz Leonard's Champagne Elderflower Fizz Cocktail Recipe

So my champagne elderflower fizz cocktail consists of a splash of elderflower cordial (not too much), a half measure of gin and then topped up with champagne (don't use Prosecco as it's too sweet - it needs to be dry champagne). Serve with a slice of cucumber cut long and wide on the diagonal. Simples!
