This week sees Russell meet Irish dancer and choreographer, Michael Flatley, whose first step on the career ladder was a tour with The Chieftains. Since then he has achieved international fame with his dazzling shows which have turned turned the traditional Irish dance into a global phenomenon. As Russell discovers, success was not without failure along the way, and Michael explains why he thinks Irish dancing is now appealing to a new generation.
