2/5 A group of young people from Portobello High School in Edinburgh have spent the last year uncovering the stories of soldiers from their school who signed up to fight in World War One.
In this episode, the students find out what their soldiers would have experienced on the front lines. They discover the fate of McCrae's Battalion, learn about trench warfare and hear why so many Portobello soldiers died at Gallipoli.
