Rosanne Cash

Rosanne Cash

Rosanne Cash’s latest album, The River & The Thread, was released in February. It took her seven years to gather material for it and, like her two previous albums, it’s strongly influenced by the loss of her mother, step-mother and her famous father, Johnny Cash. It’s full of musical influences from the South – not just country, but blues, Gospel and slave songs.
