The first of Nick Park's award-winning claymations. Inventor Wallace and his dog Gromit blast off in a homemade rocket to find out if the moon is really made of cheese.
Bafta-winning, Oscar-nominated claymation by Nick Park, which introduced the world to inventor Wallace and his canine companion Gromit.
The pair blast off in a homemade rocket to go on a bank holiday outing to the moon and test the theory that it is made of cheese. What they find there surprises them.
