At the Beijing Olympics, Scottish champion rower Katherine Grainger won her third Olympic silver medal...and cried with disappointment. Competing in her fourth Olympics in London this year she is desperate to get the elusive gold medal. Mental skills and mental preparation are just as important as physical training as Edi Stark discovers in this examination of the motivation and need for golden glory and the character and focus to win.
