One man said it was "raw, honest, heart-wrenching, stomach-churning and hilarious" - his experience of a "Men's Rites of Passage" event which is coming to Scotland next week. Cathy MacDonald hears from David Loyn about why men need a course like this to become better men.

Ben Freeth is a British-born famer who has lived in Zimbabwe for most of his life. His life there changed abruptly when he became one of the white farmers targeted by President Mugabe - he and his father-in-law were attacked and beaten. He's written a book telling his story of the attacks on white farmers and black farm workers and how they worked together to try to protect one another. And through it all he says his Christian faith kept him strong.

Kenya's biggest refugee camp at Dadaab is being overwhelmed by thousands of refugees, some of whom have walked for hundreds of miles to reach aid. Josephat Ngaira, Kenya Country Director for World Concern, tells us what's happening on the ground and what can be done to help.

Susie Alexander, a former principal ballerina, who trained with some of the most famous names from the world of ballet including, Margot Fonteyn, talks about her life, work and inspirations.
