Sir Terry Wogan eases you into your Sunday lunch with music and musings. This week, he invites KT Tunstall and Beverley Knight into the studio to chat and perform.

After an upbringing on gospel music and performing at her local church, British soul/R&B singer Beverley Knight started writing and performing her own songs in her early teens, leading to a record deal aged 19. Knight's third studio album, Who I Am, earned her a nomination for the Mercury Music Prize 2002 and two BRIT Awards nominations. In 2009 Knight left her record label and announced she would be releasing music independently, and her sixth album, 100%, reached No.2 in the UK R&B Albums Chart. Beverley's seventh studio album, Soul UK, is set for release next month.

Scottish singer-songwriter KT Tunstall's debut album Eye To The Telescope, released in 2004, showcased Tunstall's distinctive folk-pop style and peaked at No.3 in the UK charts. The album was nominated for a 2005 Mercury Music Prize. Tunstall's 2007 album Drastic Fantastic reached No. 3 in the UK charts as well as No. 9 in the US charts, while her most recent album, Tiger Suit, was released in 2010 and reached No. 5 in the UK charts. KT's latest record, The Scarlet Tulip EP, is available now for download, and her first live record, Live In London, was released in March.
