Alex, alias the Dark Lord, brings more laughs and music through the small hours on the Best Time of the Day Show. Includes tracks from Lester's and the Listener's Libraries.

It's time for the first Half-Time Hooter on The Best Time of the Day Show with The Dark Lord himself, Alex Lester. Expect a night of oddball conversation and great music. This morning it is Day 3 of National Switch Week; more tales of when you forgot to switch the freezer on and when you couldn't find the "off" switch on the sprinkler. In "Wedding Outfit for the Unfit", Alex takes suggestions for what he could wear to his wedding (deep-sea diver suit? Matador?); more moon-walking and Madonna routines when you think nobody is looking in "Closed-Door Cabaret", and the nonsense words you have created when you couldn't chose between words in "Tongue-Tied Twaddle". More Pause for Thought at 3.20am and another trip to the 4.15 Confusion Hareem.
