National Eisteddfod 2010

Eddie Butler presents highlights from the biggest mobile cultural festival in Europe, taking place in Ebbw Vale in South Wales. Join Eddie for half and hour of culture and fun.

X Factor, Britain's Got Talent... these contests resemble something the Welsh dreamed up over 800 years ago. That something is The National Eisteddfod of Wales, the biggest mobile cultural festival in Europe. And they will literally be singing in the valleys as the National Eisteddfod of Wales: Blaenau Gwent and the Heads of the Valleys 2010 comes to Ebbw Vale in South Wales.

In National Eisteddfod 2010, former Welsh rugby captain, commentator and columnist Eddie Butler, steps out of his comfort zone to present a programme of highlights of the week's competition - as well as trying to fathom what an 'eisteddfod' is all about. Join Eddie for half an hour of culture and fun, with a very Welsh accent.
