Theatre impresario Bill Kenwright swaps the footlights of the West End for the microphone of Radio 2, and introduces his unsuspecting audience to the wonders of his Golden Years.

Bill Kenwright brings his unending enthusiasm for the pop and rock of the late 50s and early 60s to the airwaves. This week there's another '20 Second Number One', 'We Did It Better' and possibly the greatest 'Without Whom' of them all... Tonight Bill goes back to where it all began for him and celebrates the greatest five words in the English language. Plus Bill plays some titans of music including Steele, Sedaka, Newley and Darin.
