Start the weekend on a high with Feelgood Friday on the Best Time of the Day Show with Alex. A unique blend of hilarious chat and surprising song choices to make you feel good.

It's the end of the week and what better way to kickstart the weekend than Feelgood Friday on The Best Time of the Day Show with the Lord Of All That is Dark, Alex Lester.

Armed with the Drums of Pun, the Trumpet of Shame and now the Mallet of Stupidity, Alex is still taking suggestions for the new Village People which will reflect modern society. The Reverse Time Capsule is about to be sent 100 years into the past, packed with images and objects which will terrify the Edwardians about the future, plus there are more Idiot Sightings and today's News Hank subject is Britney Spears.

From Lester's Library there are tracks from Bic Runga and Lynyrd Skynrd, and a camp classic by Bonnie Tyler from the Listener's Library. There is a final track from our Album of the Week by Boyzone, Record of the Week by Whitney Houston and a final Pause for Thought of the Week from Tim Turvey. Alex also receives your tips on the etiquette of social networking as part of Radio 2's Get Connected campaign, as he is now equipped with a Twitter account (@alexthedarklord)/

Throughout March, Radio 2's Get Connected campaign is endeavouring to help you get online - if you're not already - and to understand technology better. If you're not online but would like to be, then phone the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Advice Line on 08000 150 950. Lines are open from 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week. Calls are free from a BT landline but mobile phone charges may vary. You can speak to advisors who will be able to give you details of centres and courses in your area where you can learn how to get online and use the internet.

If you are already connected to the internet, why not go to our website bbc.co.uk/radio2 and try something new for the first time; whether it's downloading a podcast, commenting on a blog, or listening back on the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ iPlayer to a radio programme you've missed. If you don't know how to do these things, read the guides on our website bbc.co.uk/radio2.
