Escapade in Japan

A young American boy is rescued from a plane crash by a fisherman and his family in Japan. Thinking they are wanted, the boy and the fisherman's son flee across country.

When his flight to Tokyo ends up in the sea, six-year-old Tony is helped ashore by a fisherman's family. Believing the police are chasing the American boy, young Hiko decides to run off with him to journey across Japan. Meanwhile, Tony's estranged parents are reunited by their concern for his safety.
