Musical about a group of youngsters who take on a property tycoon when his plans threaten the site of their youth club. The millionaire is set on replacing their clubhouse with office blocks, but in order to challenge the lease, club leader Nicky and his friends need to raise a huge sum of money. They hit upon the idea of staging a variety show in a rundown theatre, but Nicky is keeping something from the gang.
