The Phil Ramone Story: Part Five

Remembering four legendary music projects recorded by Ramone: Streisand in Central Park, Elton John at Madison Square Gardens, Liza with a Z, and Frank Sinatra's Duets albums.

Another chance to hear the story of the record producer, who died in March 2013; presented by singer Alison Moyet.
He was known as The Pope of Pop. Bette Midler called him a "giant in the recording world". To Billy Joel, Phil Ramone was "the King".
With specially recorded contributions from Barbra Streisand, Elton John and Liza Minnelli, this programme remembers four legendary music projects all recorded by the producer.
