They feast on the magical cheeses of Tandil, then try their luck in the South Atlantic, at the shark-fishing mecca of Bahia San Blas. Then it's off to the extraordinary Peninsula Valdes. They cook sea bass on the beach, and Patagonian lamb in a village where they still speak Welsh.
