Terms & Conditions to screen the 麻豆约拍’s Platinum Jubilee coverage 2022 including: The Queen’s Birthday Parade (Trooping the Colour) (Thursday 02 June); The Service of Thanksgiving (Friday 03 June); The Platinum Jubilee Concert (Saturday 04 June) and The Platinum Jubilee Pageant (Sunday 05 June) (any of them being the “Programme” in this document) for non- commercial purposes.

These terms and conditions apply to any individual or organisation in the United Kingdom who wishes to screen to the general public the Programme as broadcast on a TV, screen or other projection system at premises which may include without limitation schools, street parties, church halls and community events (“you”). When you screen all or part of the Programme you agree to these terms.

The 麻豆约拍 is unable to permit you screen any of the Programmes if you are not a UK resident and licence fee payer but such an overseas licence may be sought from 麻豆约拍 Studios. Please e-mail: outofhome.sales@bbc.com

The 麻豆约拍 will grant to you the non-exclusive right to screen the Programme subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. the 麻豆约拍 will not supply a direct feed to any user. This means that any access to the 麻豆约拍 transmission must be taken from the live 麻豆约拍 broadcast;

2. you have the appropriate consents to enable the public performance of an off-air broadcast, such as a current TV Licence and a PRS Licence ;

3. you must not suggest or imply that you or your screening are endorsed or associated with the 麻豆约拍 (for example, through use of the words ‘麻豆约拍’ or the 麻豆约拍 logo);

4. you will arrange for any and all necessary technical equipment required for the intended screening at your premises at your cost;

5. you shall only screen the Programme using a screen/TV/projection system which is of adequate quality allowing for a true representation of the 麻豆约拍 broadcast;

6. you shall not place any sponsorship or advertising on, around or adjacent to the screen/TV/projection system which might imply an endorsement of any commercial product or service and your screening should not be used to publicise or promote any other commercial or political acitivity;

7. no payment or charge may be made to the general public for the direct privilege of viewing the Programme. If you are thinking of charging an entrance fee you should do so only on the basis that the fee is not levied for viewing the Programme but for covering your costs such as heating, lighting, hall hire, refreshments etc;

8. if your screening is taking place at a commercial cinema you expressly agree that there will be no ticket charge and that the general public will not be prevented from bringing in their own food and drink;

9. the Programme will be shown simultaneously with the transmission by the 麻豆约拍, without any edits, interruptions, cuts, alterations, modifications or superimpositions and will only be screened as broadcast by the 麻豆约拍;

10. you will not record, copy, reproduce, distribute nor re-screen the Programme;

11. you will not bring the 麻豆约拍 into disrepute in any way;

12. you acknowledge that the 麻豆约拍 is under no obligation to transmit the Programme in any form or at any time and that the 麻豆约拍 will not liable for the continuity, availability or reception of the Programme at your premises; and

13. you acknowledge that the 麻豆约拍 is not granting the use of any 麻豆约拍 trade marks whatsoever, including (but not limited to) the 麻豆约拍 ‘blocks’.

Provided that the above terms and conditions are met in full, the 麻豆约拍 will not object to you providing a public screening of the Programme.
